That is between you and your lease, not something a rental company decides. Many Korean leases include a clause on pets and some buildings have house rules of their own, so read the contract or ask the landlord or building office before you commit to anything — including a rental that assumes an animal lives there. Renting an appliance does not change what your lease allows.

Moving within Korea is normally just an address change you report to the rental company.
